Accounts Officer
Location: Mainland, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Properly file all Customers Receivable Invoices
- Maintain accurate filing of all Expense Vouchers
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements
- Accurately capture accounts payables and reconcile them monthly
- Ensure correct and complete entry of all Customers Receivable Invoices into the company’s database
- Ensure proper recording of all Expenses Vouchers into the company’s database
- Conduct monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements
- Prepare accounts up to the Trial Balance level
- Gather Companies’ Weekly & Monthly Budget Forecast and Expenses
- Assist with Annual Stock Taking Exercises as directed
- Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- BSc / HND in Accounting or related fields
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Skilled in using accounting software and related tools
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Quality Assurance Engineer / Software Tester

Job Objective
To ensure the performance, reliability, and overall quality of our applications — including mobile apps, dashboards, and backend systems — by early defect identification, feature validation, and continuous improvement of QA processes.
The role involves driving test strategy, executing manual and automated tests, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute detailed test cases and scenarios based on requirements
- Conduct manual and automated testing on web, mobile (iOS/Android), and backend APIs
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and smoke tests
- Develop and manage automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
- Manage staging/test environments along with DevOps
- Log and manage bugs using Jira, GitHub Issues, or ClickUp
- Document QA activities, strategies, and improvements
- Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Work closely with various product squads (Customer App, Technician App, Admin Panel, Backend)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- 2 – 5 years of professional experience in software testing or QA roles
- Solid knowledge of various testing methods and tools
- Familiarity with test case management tools like TestRail or Zephyr
- Good understanding of APIs and experience using Postman or Swagger
- Practical experience testing web and mobile applications and backend services
- Strong knowledge of Git and version control practices
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with payment systems (Card processing, SWIFT, NIBSS) is a plus
- Familiarity with the Nigerian payment ecosystem is an advantage
