It connects companies and customers across more than 40 countries in Africa. This is achieved through its wide-reaching network, supporting over 100 payment providers, 200 local payment methods, and 40 different currencies.

We are currently hiring for the following roles:

Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (with regional responsibility across all group entities)

Job Overview

The position is for a high-level professional to take responsibility for cybersecurity across a growing group.

This person will support top leadership by streamlining and centralizing security efforts across departments and external vendors.

Key Duties

Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance:

  • Define, execute, and manage the group’s cybersecurity vision, framework, and strategy in line with business goals and board approval.
  • Send the finalized strategy to the OFISD Director to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Update cybersecurity protocols and required security practices across all group entities.
  • Ensure alignment with African regulatory standards (SARB, CBN, NDIC, etc.) and global compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Incorporate security frameworks and tools related to cloud (e.g., AWS Well-Architected, CIS Benchmarks).

Cyber Risk & Compliance:

  • Lead group-level cyber risk reviews and periodic assessments.
  • Manage third-party vendor risk related to cybersecurity.
  • Create effective controls for regular operations and crisis scenarios.
  • Distribute security accountability across units beyond the IT team.
  • Prepare for audits and ensure compliance (PCI DSS, SOC 2).

Cybersecurity Operations:

  • Supervise 24/7 monitoring and incident response systems.
  • Develop and test response plans with defined roles and review protocols.
  • Safeguard data, backup systems, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Implement secure development practices and test applications for vulnerabilities.
  • Embed robust security practices into cloud and local infrastructure.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Report to CTO/CEO and the Board quarterly on:
    • Current cybersecurity health and progress
    • Any incidents or threats and response actions
    • Risks and policy gaps
    • System integrity and data safety
  • Ensure security remains a standing agenda item in high-level meetings.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Intelligence Sharing:

  • Work with external security agencies and partners to stay updated on cyber threats.
  • Use threat analysis to improve business continuity and cybersecurity resilience.

Asset & Identity Oversight:

  • Maintain a detailed record of hardware, software, and user identities.
  • Oversee access policies with role-based control.
  • Set clear protocols for user onboarding and exit.

Training & Awareness:

  • Organize company-wide security training to build internal capacity.
  • Encourage a culture of cybersecurity among all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or similar field
  • MBA or MSc in Cybersecurity or Risk Management is a plus

Experience

  • 10+ years in cybersecurity, IT security, or risk roles
  • Minimum 5 years in senior roles in finance or large-scale companies
  • Experience in multi-country or multi-company environments
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Certifications (Mandatory or to be acquired in 3 years)

  • CISSP
  • CISM
  • CCISO
  • Other recognized certifications

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of African and international cybersecurity regulations

Enterprise Sales Executive

Location: Nigeria

Senior Financial Accountant

Location: Nigeria

Duties

  • Handle accounting cycles: record-to-report, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay
  • Lead month-end close and manage audit and regulatory reports
  • Prepare budgets and cash flow forecasts
  • Review financial reports, analyze costs, and enforce compliance
  • Supervise payments, tax filings, and VAT returns
  • Reconcile ledger entries across payables, receivables, and inventory
  • Lead daily financial reconciliation and merchant settlements
