Accountant

Location: Ikotun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Handle all accounts receivable and payable functions.
  • Reconcile bank transactions and oversee hotel account activities.
  • Generate and review daily financial activity reports.
  • Maintain ledger entries and journal recordings.
  • Create financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Participate in budget development, forecasting, and variance tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to all financial guidelines and taxation laws.
  • Conduct audits of inventories and maintain asset records.
  • Work with auditors, vendors, and internal teams when needed.
  • Supervise cash flow and petty cash records.
  • Support payroll and reimbursements processing.
  • Enforce financial control procedures to secure company resources.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting, preferably in hospitality.
  • Experience with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Excel.
  • Solid knowledge of finance rules and hotel industry standards.

Mixologist / Bar Supervisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Craft and serve both classic and innovative cocktails.
  • Suggest drinks that complement customer preferences or meals.
