Nigeria Immigration Service Shortlisting process

Those candidates who apply successfully according to the guidelines, their name goes further in the shortlist process. There is a review committee that selects the candidate on the basis of merit. After the preparation, the list will be uploaded on the Nigeria immigration portal – www.immigration.gov.ng / www.immigrationrecruitment.org.ng  / portal. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for further screening/aptitude test. We will update this page and notify all readers via email immediately after official announcement.

Note:

When it comes to Immigration Recruitment Form, the word to keep in mind is free. Information about NIS job vacancies in the government or the Nigeria Postal Service is free and available to everyone. The submission of applications is also free. Federal agencies never charge application fees or guarantee the hiring of a person.

There are scammers who lie about the availability of federal job vacancies in Nigeria. For example, you might think you are responding to an advertisement for a immigration job in your area. You call and they tell you that you meet the requirements – all you have to do is pay application fee or pay for the materials that will help you get a high score on an aptitude test. They may tell you that if they do not pass the test they will return the money.

If someone tells you that there are Immigration jobs available, check with the nisrecruitment portal at www.immigration.gov.ngdetermine if the hiring is actually being done and if a test is required to establish eligibility.

News:

VON had previously reported that prior to the recruitment to the Nigeria Immigration, the federal government said it would work with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) in conducting the computer-based capacity test (CBAT).

In another report, the federal government, through the Interior Ministry, provided an update on the ongoing recruitment to the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) a. In a statement released and signed by Al-Hassan S. Yakmut on Monday, November 30, the ministry announced to the public that the Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) for recruitment in NIS will be held on December 7.
