NPower Salary Latest News Update.

The presidency on Saturday gave an update concerning NPower Monthly Salary news, School Feeding Programme, Conditional Cash Transfer, Npower, with others.

The latest news coming from the Federal Government is that additional N4,500 has been added monthly to amount being paid to all the 200,000 N-Power beneficiaries.

The sum is meant to be use for the purchase of an electronic device that will be loaded with tons of applications which would further enhance their skills thereby giving them additional training opportunities during their two-year duration of the employment scheme.

This was disclosed in a statement made by The Senior Special Assistant to the Vice-President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Laolu Akande, Akande on Tuesday.

According to his claim the last count, 149, 669 Nigerian graduates of the 200,000 engaged by the Federal Government under the N-Power Volunteer Corps are presently receiving their monthly stipends of N30,000, these were the numbers physically verified and deployed across the 36 states of the Federation plus FCT.

He further explained that the device grant is in conjunction with the Bank of Industry which has extended an asset finance of 20 months to every one of the 200,000 N-Power beneficiaries.

However after being verified each of the beneficiaries would be given the choice of selecting the device of their choice among nine different BOI pre-approved vendors, Akande said the amount ranges from N3,000 to N6,700 monthly deductions for the next 20 months.
