If you have not been shortlisted or receive any message from the npower, please do not panic because shortlisting is still ongoing and it has not end. Remember that it is not over until the exercise is over.

However, if you score high in the screening test and you have not been shortlisted for physical verification, this is what you do;

1. First ensure that your line (sim card) attached to the registration is still active,

2. Make sure your gmail account is safe and running on your mobile device; and
