Npower Test: Step by Step guides on how to take your test
Applicants of Npower batch C have been waiting anxiously for the announcement of their screening test. Well, If you have been waiting as well, the wait is already over for some applicants as the test is already on going. Many people are currently confused on some certain things of which I want to address. Many are confused on how to go about taking the test or knowing how to know if they are among the selected. In this article, I bring to you step by step guides on how to go about it.
Step 1. Reset your password.
This year’s screening is no longer going to be taken on Npower portal but on that of the National Social Investment Management System known as NASIMS. The first thing you need to do is to login to their database and change your Npower password. When you open that portal, you will see this;
Click on “Go to login” button and it will take you here;
Don’t enter Email Address here, just click on “Forgot password”. After you click on the “Forgot Password” button, it will take you to this place;
All you have to do here is to enter the email address you used in registering for Npower and click on the “Send link” button and you will receive a message that a link to change your password has been sent to your email. Login to your mailbox and open the link to change your password.
To do this, go the NASIMS portal – nasims.gov.ng
Step 2. Login and upload your credentials.
Login to the same portal and upload your necessary documents before you can be allowed to take the test. Below are the required documents for upload;
✓ Your result (Depending on the level you chose during registration; e.g SSCE should upload 0Level result, If you selected that you are Graduate, upload your degree, OND, NCE or HND as the case may be).
✓ National ID, Drivers License or Permanent Voter’s Card
✓ State of Origin
✓ Birth Certificate or Declaration of age
✓ Passport.
After the upload, you will receive this message;
Step 3. Take the test.
After you have successfully uploaded your documents, you can proceed for your test by clicking on “take test” button. The questions are simple questions that you don’t need to be scared of. They are just simply current affairs, English and other petty questions. Once you are done with your questions, submit it and you will get this response;
After this, wait for other instructions on the next steps.
Notes:
1. If after step 1, you did not receive the link to change your password, it means you are not yet selected for the test.
2. You are advised to use Chrome Browser as Other browsers might give you error messages.
I hope this has been able to help you. Kindly drop your question if you have any as someone will attend to you. Don’t forget to share this message.
