Job Summary
This role enables the HRBP to act as a Strategic Partner, focusing on identifying business value and aligning Oilserv’s strategy with a tailored people plan using external benchmarks. Additionally, the HRBP will deliver responsive, employee-focused assistance throughout the organization. The position involves responsibilities across several HR domains such as Employee/Industrial Relations, HR Operations, Resourcing, Learning & Development, Policy, and Benefits.

Job Details

  • Help drive business goals by assisting leaders in building skills, behaviors, and organizational structures.
  • Partner with line managers to anticipate and prepare for talent requirements aligned with business needs.
  • Promote effective staff-management relations to support industrial harmony and performance targets.

Civil Engineering Supervisor

Job Details
Leadership:

  • Offer proactive and professional guidance on the assigned OSL/AKK project site.

Core/Technical:

  • Perform civil engineering assessments, ensuring accurate technical advice concerning project timelines and costs.
  • Supervise contractor operations and verify compliance with approved designs and contractual obligations.
  • Provide civil engineering inputs for internal and external work as necessary.
  • Participate in problem-solving and strategic planning on-site.
  • Monitor both contractor and in-house civil works and services.
  • Approve milestones and certificates for work completion.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports and update technical records for the Civil Lead.

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Lead

Lead and manage the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) functions of the project. Responsible for the planning, execution, and review of all HSE activities to ensure safe operations, compliance, and protection of people, property, and the environment.

Job Details
Leadership:

  • Set a positive tone and lead HSE personnel on the project site.
  • Mentor direct reports to uphold the company’s values and professional standards.
  • Provide safety guidance to the project team.
  • Enforce compliance with HSE policies and procedures.

Core/Technical:

  • Ensure project HSE plans, budgets, and protocols are developed and approved.
  • Liaise with both client and project managers on HSE matters.
  • Oversee medical fitness checks for all site personnel.
  • Implement health, environmental, and safety initiatives and policies.
  • Lead incident investigations and ensure actions are completed and shared.

Process Engineer

Job Summary

Core Responsibilities
Process Design and Development:
