Communications Associate

Location: Kigali, Rwanda

About the Role
You’ll contribute significantly to executive communications, strategic messaging, and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll collaborate with the CEO to build impactful messaging, handle key communication platforms, and align communication goals with the organization’s vision.
A communications expert with experience in corporate settings is ideal for this position. You’ll join the CEO’s office and report to the Senior Manager. This role is based in Kigali.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic messages reflecting the CEO’s tone across platforms like events, emails, and internal meetings.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency in message delivery.
  • Set up feedback mechanisms to keep messaging in sync with internal realities.
  • Coordinate with Global Communications to unify executive messages.
  • Research and present insights through reports and dashboards.
  • Support key teams like BizDev with CEO-level messaging.
