The Office of the Special Assistant to the President on Youth and Student Affairs (OSA-PYSA) is responsible for the conception and implementation of the Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme (P-YES), which is an initiative that is intended to be carried out as a public-private partnership (PPP).
The Presidential Youth Empowerment Plan is an initiative that aims to develop a mechanism to facilitate Nigeria’s employment and youth empowerment drive. Eligibility Pre-conditions for Enlistment
- A Nigerian citizen, either male or female, must be between the ages of 18 and 40 to be considered for this position.
- The applicant is required to provide a method of identification (National Identity card, International Passport, Permanent Voters Card- PVC).
- In order to be eligible for the benefits offered by the plan, the applicant is required to present a Second Level Beneficiary (SLB).
- Capability to converse in either basic English or any local Nigerian language is required.
