Pack ‘N’ Pay is a business owned by CIC Integrated Services LTD. Initially, CIC began as a wholesale food supplier for offshore catering firms serving offshore workers.

Pack ‘N’ Pay was later introduced as a tech-based solution to support both retailers and wholesalers. The company kicked off operations on January 18, 2021, and rolled out its e-commerce website by March 1, 2021.

We are currently looking to fill the roles listed below:

Marketing Executive

Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • Boost the brand’s image and visibility through focused marketing efforts.
  • Study the market and track competitors to shape future strategies.
  • Generate leads and help grow sales for all Packnpay offerings.
  • Work closely on planning marketing materials and support brand campaigns.
  • Gather feedback from customers about product standards and pricing.
  • Send in regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
  • Create awareness and drive interest in Packnpay products.
  • Make sure all brand visuals and content match company standards.
  • Support van sales by assisting assigned drivers when required.

Requirements and Skills

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related discipline.
  • Sales experience is required, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office and customer relationship tools.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Should be familiar with tools used for automated marketing.
  • Must be a team player who puts customers first.

Mid-Level Developer

Job Description

  • Create, update, and maintain high-performance PHP-based web apps.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the UX team to develop creative and functional features.
  • Ensure consistency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript across different applications.
  • Use standard tools to support all software development tasks.
  • Improve and expand data service APIs.
  • Handle every stage of web app development, from planning to launch and post-launch support.
  • Communicate clearly on progress, share feedback, and discuss timelines.
  • Keep detailed documentation of code, processes, and project tools.
  • Build and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Design multi-platform mobile apps for both Android and iOS devices.

Requirements and Skills

  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • 4–5 years of solid experience in PHP (Laravel) and Flutter development.
  • Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and Laravel Framework.
  • Comfortable working with REST APIs, SQL designs, and standard coding principles.
  • Hands-on experience in software testing tools like PHPUnit and others.
  • Familiar with query performance improvements in MySQL.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Must have a proven track record with projects done using Laravel and Flutter.

Inventory Control Supervisor

Job Description

  • Manage stock and ensure inventory control policies are in place.
  • Set up systems for tracking and controlling stock levels.
  • Perform regular physical counts to confirm stock accuracy.
  • Review stock records regularly and find productivity trends.
  • Carry out cycle counting of inventory regularly.
  • Oversee customer orders and monitor deliveries.
  • Report and handle cases of damaged or incorrect items.
  • Watch over products with expiry dates and ensure proper action is taken.
  • Maintain full records of all stock-related activities.
  • Help with preparations for internal and external audits.
  • Find and fix any errors in inventory numbers or locations.
  • Keep inventory files neat and up to date.
  • Train junior staff and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed on time.

Requirements and Skills

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or Accounting.
  • 2–4 years of practical experience in inventory or stock control.
  • Understanding of techniques like ABC analysis and cycle count.
  • Able to use inventory management software confidently.
  • Good time management and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
