Planning Analyst

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Manage local and imported materials orders based on forecasts and production plans, ensuring accuracy in lead times, EOQ/MOQ, and planning variables.
  • Maintain models that track the right levels of production raw materials.
  • Ensure appropriate safety stock levels are maintained and inventory is optimal.
  • Update and manage the MRP file to track all raw materials; report daily inventory status and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Share accurate data with teams to support decisions on material planning.
  • Review data and sales forecasts for realistic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Supply Chain certification is a plus.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Clear communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and work with multiple teams.
  • Strong performance analysis skills.
  • Target-driven and result-focused.

Technical Storekeeper

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock and reorder spare parts based on predefined ROL and EOQ values in Maximo.
  • Frequently review inventory controls to prevent shortages and ensure parts are on hand.
  • Implement 5S methodology in the technical storage area.
  • Oversee the full procurement cycle for technical supplies.
  • Coordinate and take part in the monthly stock count.

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.

Territory Sales Manager

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Responsibilities

  • Develop distributor beat plans with input from Regional Sales Manager to ensure complete territory coverage.
  • Set up distributor network including warehouse, distribution channels, sales reps, and financial setup.
  • Monitor distributor efficiency and resolve any emerging challenges for long-term performance.
  • Maintain territory MIS and submit reports regularly to regional and head office teams.
  • Meet primary and secondary sales goals as per territory targets and divide them across channels.
  • Evaluate distributor sales team performance and organize relevant training for growth.
  • Keep track of competitive activities in the region, including promotions, launches, and market movements.
