Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic HR leader and advisor, working closely with business executives to support workforce strategies that align with overall goals.
This role oversees a team of HRBPs and is accountable for initiatives in talent strategy, organizational structure, and performance enhancement.
Combining strategic planning with practical HR implementation, this position plays a key role in shaping a productive, inclusive, and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR activities are in sync with business targets
- Develop and execute HR strategies based on specific organizational needs
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor HRBPs to uphold service quality and consistency
- Oversee team responsibilities, development paths, and overall efficiency
Talent Management & Development:
- Lead talent development and succession strategies
- Collaborate with Learning & Development for skill-building programs
Performance Management:
- Support managers with the performance review process and performance improvement plans
- Offer guidance on effective feedback, target setting, and employee engagement
Organizational Development:
- Implement change initiatives such as cultural transformation or restructuring
- Evaluate business trends and propose strategic HR adjustments
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Address complex HR issues alongside the legal and compliance teams
- Maintain consistency in applying HR policies and ensure legal adherence
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use metrics and reports to support decision-making and track HR impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience, with at least 2 years in consulting
- Deep understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and talent strategy
- Experience building relationships with senior management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage diverse tasks in a dynamic work setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., CIPM, PHRi)
- Familiarity with multinational or matrixed organizations
- Skilled in HR software and analytics platforms
