Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Project Pharmacist to take charge of pharmacy and clinic operations.
This important position includes daily coordination of clinic activities, improving efficiency, supervising team members, marketing services, overseeing projects, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Oversight: Supervise day-to-day activities in pharmacy and clinic units, ensuring smooth workflow and patient satisfaction. Handle inventory management including supply restocking.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive relationships with patients, medical professionals, suppliers, and external partners.
- Staff Management: Lead and manage 8 team members across the pharmacy and clinic, providing mentorship and ensuring high-quality performance.
- Project Management: Supervise current and new pharmacy and clinic projects, meeting deadlines and aligning with company objectives.
- Marketing & Promotion: Create marketing campaigns to boost visibility and attract more patients.
- Accounting & Planning: Support financial planning, track expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Profitability Drive: Discover cost-saving measures and streamline operations to improve financial outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Project Management background or certification is an advantage
- Experience in managing healthcare facilities or clinical operations
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
- Knowledge of inventory control and basic accounting
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently
Remuneration Scale:
₦240,000 – ₦330,000 (based on experience)
