Job Description
The Brand & Communications Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies that strengthen Renda’s brand visibility, enhance communication efforts, and drive stakeholder engagement.
The role ensures consistent brand messaging, builds strong media relationships, and manages campaigns that effectively convey Renda’s mission to both internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management & Positioning:
- Maintain a unified brand image across all communication platforms.
- Enforce brand standards across marketing content and organizational communications.
- Conduct market analysis to sharpen Renda’s industry presence.
Corporate Communications & PR:
- Implement a corporate communication plan to boost brand reputation.
- Foster strong relationships with media, journalists, and industry players.

Content Creation & Storytelling:
- Manage production of impactful content like blogs, articles, and case studies.
- Prepare executive communications, speeches, and thought leadership materials.

Media & Stakeholder Communication:
- Handle media relations to maintain positive public perception.

Campaigns & Brand Activations:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to improve brand engagement.
- Lead both online and offline brand activation initiatives.
- Track and analyze campaign results for better outcomes.
Internal & Employer Branding:
- Strengthen Renda’s image as a top employer.
- Work with HR to design employee communication initiatives.
- Promote a strong organizational culture aligned with company values.
Event & Campaign Management:
- Organize corporate events and represent Renda in industry gatherings.
- Align event objectives with broader brand goals.
- Measure success and suggest improvements post-events.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in branding, communications, or PR roles.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling ability.
- Strong experience in media handling and brand crisis management.
- Proven record of successful marketing campaign management.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience in logistics or B2B sectors is an advantage.
- Familiar with digital marketing trends and analytics.
- Strong ability to evaluate and report on brand and campaign performance.
