Responsibilities
- Apply procedures from the Boecker® Operations Manual.
- Confirm appointments one day ahead in liaison with operations officers and senior officers.
- Collect feedback from technicians post-treatment, record observations, filter data, prepare reports, and distribute through proper channels.
- Propose enhancements to reporting tools based on client input.
- Keep the sanitation and proofing recommendations list current and share updates with clients.
- Identify repeat infestations or client non-cooperation and escalate to the Operations Manager.
- Help organize training events.
- Respond to client queries about services, complaints, and technical matters.
- Follow up with clients regarding sanitation and proofing suggestions.
- Provide technicians with feedback on client issues.
- Review Treatment Reports and flag any concerns.
- Maintain accurate system entries, electronic filing, and archives.
