Responsibilities:
- Maintain smooth functioning of IT systems for optimal performance
- Set up and manage computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Supervise computer networks and systems to ensure proper operation
- Offer hands-on or remote support to users for troubleshooting technical issues
- Identify and resolve software/hardware issues, replacing faulty parts where needed
- Follow technical guides and documents for equipment repair or installation
- Participate in software deployment and support
- Manage account setup, access rights, and password recovery for users
- Address support tickets within predefined response times
- Maintain a task until resolved or escalated appropriately
- Handle multiple support queries efficiently
- Build strong professional relationships with users and developers
- Experiment with and assess emerging technologies
- Ensure safety checks for all computer equipment
Requirements and Skills:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Prior experience in technical support or similar roles
- Experience with Windows, Linux, or Mac OS platforms
- Sound knowledge of IT systems, mobile devices, and modern tech
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk)
- Strong communication and analytical abilities
- Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco technologies is advantageous

Overview:
