Role Summary
This position manages and supports the firm’s tech infrastructure, ensuring secure data systems and meeting tech requirements across departments. The role ensures continuous system operations and data safety.
Responsibilities
- System Installation & Maintenance:
Handle setup, upkeep, and smooth functioning of all IT assets including networks, software, and hardware. - Data Protection:
Apply strong cybersecurity protocols, including firewalls and anti-malware. Regular audits and compliance checks are part of the role. - Staff Support:
Offer helpdesk and IT assistance to staff, minimizing disruptions and resolving software or hardware concerns. - Network & Communication Tools Management:
Maintain IT infrastructure such as networks, VPNs, and cloud tools to ensure efficient operations. - Document Management Systems:
Maintain legal case/document systems and offer staff training for effective use. - Aligning with Business Objectives:
Suggest tech upgrades that support firm’s vision and goals. - Researching Tech Trends:
