Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead construction projects from beginning to end, meeting SLOT’s quality and time expectations.

- Keep track of project timelines, manage deadlines, and make sure all milestones are reached.
- Manage financial plans for projects, monitor costs, and review results.
- Carry out location studies and market analysis for potential store openings.
- Create 3D store layouts and floor plans that match brand standards.
- Evaluate possible risks tied to construction and retail activities, offering effective solutions.
- Follow construction best practices and ensure high-quality standards.
- Oversee store upgrades or renovation works as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in construction or retail project management.
- Experience with retail expansion, planning, and site scouting.
- Knowledge of project and design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or MS Project.
- Strong budgeting, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Having a PMP or PRINCE2 certificate is a bonus.
- Ability to work alone and manage several projects in different locations.
