This role manages the recruitment function from planning to execution, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition and alignment with company needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s career portal and social media to promote employer brand
- Handle screening, interview scheduling, CBTs, and candidate communications
- Design and manage structured onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Draft offer letters (up to GL 11 level)
- Conduct pre-employment verifications and background checks
- Collaborate with the Head of HR and hiring teams to meet staffing goals
- Ensure fast and effective recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
- Boost employer branding through outreach initiatives and platforms
- Work closely with the Recruitment Administrator to fill junior roles quickly and maintain recruitment standards
- Assist in improving HR systems and procedures under HR leadership
- Perform any other related assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years in HR
