We are currently hiring for the roles listed below:

Audit, Loss / Control and Compliance Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to internal guidelines, company policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Investigate, document, and report any fraud or discrepancies to safeguard business interests.
  • Review supplier invoices and expense claims both before and after payments to verify accuracy.
  • Conduct inventory audits periodically at various branches and main stores; note and report inconsistencies.
  • Examine inventory records in business software (e.g., Tally) and confirm they match physical counts.
  • Check product pricing through spot reviews and transfer documentation to detect potential losses.
  • Monitor product expiry dates and propose actions to reduce wastage across retail locations.
  • Validate goods received and distributed to branches against supplier billing.
  • Confirm proper documentation and reconciliation of product transfers within the system.
  • Participate in special audits and perform other tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • B.Sc. in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in auditing, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset and sound judgment.
  • Demonstrates integrity and strong work ethics.
  • Capable of working independently and in teams.
  • Skilled in time management and goal setting.
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of MS PowerPoint and accounting tools like Tally ERP.

Head, Facility and Maintenance Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement operational and maintenance plans for the mall’s facilities.
  • Supervise upkeep, repairs, and system operations to ensure uninterrupted services.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Monitor utility usage and apply cost-saving energy practices.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, service vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage allocation and coordination of tenant spaces to boost efficiency.
  • Quickly respond to facility-related incidents to avoid major disruptions.
  • Keep accurate logs of repair history, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure renewal and circulation of licenses and permits across tenant businesses.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • HND / B.Sc. in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facility operations or similar roles.
  • Leadership qualities and solid organizational capacity.
  • Hands-on knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security.
  • Understanding of statutory compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask with minimal supervision.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and facility maintenance software.
