1. Personal registration
Register your personal details to start the support application. The information at the top of the form will take you to the required fields that need to be filled out as an early entry application.
2. Open your account
You will get the activation code in the cell phone and email address you registered with. You must have this number to activate your account. Please make sure you have access to the phone number or email address you will be registering with in order to complete your initial registration.
3. Survival Fund Registration Form
After you have completed your account, you will need to log in and log in to your Organization. To complete this level, you will need your CAC number, SMEDAN number, Tax Number (if required) and bank account information.
