The Nigerian federal government is expected to start implementing two MSME initiatives nationwide, the MSME Survival Fund with Wage Aid Tracking as the first (60 billion naira) implementation program and Secured withdrawal system (15 billion naira) to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic to stimulate the economy by saving existing jobs and creating new job opportunities.
To help businesses cope with the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the federal government has registered the MSMEs Survival Fund in the amount of 60 billion N ($ 156,446 million) and secured withdrawal systems for 15 N billion ($ 39,111 million) started.
