My account has been locked, what should I do?

Your account was locked because you tried to log in with a wrong password for more than 5 times. You will have to wait for 5 minutes to log in again or click on forgot password to reset your password.

I cannot remember my password. What should I do?

To reset your password:

  • Kindly go to the login page.
  • Click on ‘Forgot Password’.
  • Enter the phone number you registered with
  • If it exists in our database, an activation code will be sent to your phone number and email in our database and you will be redirected to a page to enter the code you received and reset your password

What kind of password can I use?

Your password should be case sensitive. This means that your password should be typed in lowercase, i.e small letters. Use a password you can easily remember.

Can I add more than one Organisation?

Can I add more than one Organisation?

NO. You cannot add more than one organisation.

I am trying to edit my Organisation’s details (like CAC number or SMEDAN number) but it’s not allowing me to.

What should I do?

To edit your organisation details,

  • Go to your dashboard or click on ‘Manage Profile
  • Scroll down to where your organisation detail is displayed.
  • Click on the ‘Edit Organisation’ button.
  • Edit the details you want to change.
  • Click on the ‘Add Organisation’ button at the bottom of the page to save again

Can I enter my BVN as an employer and a beneficiary?

NO. You cannot enter your BVN and/or account details twice on the system. If you do so, you will not be able to submit your application.

As an employee, can I register with two different organisations I work with?

NO. You cannot enter your BVN and/or account details twice on the system. If you do so, you will not be able to submit your application.

As an employee, can I register with two different organisations I work with?

NO. You cannot register with two different organisations. Only one organisation is allowed.

I am trying to edit my account details what should I do?

You cannot edit your account details after you have submitted it. Please check the account number and BVN before submitting it.

Which document am I expected to upload, for Proof of Salary Payment to Employees?

Proof of Salary can be your bank statement, payment advice or pay slips. You are expected to upload your organisation’s proof of last three (3) salaries paid to your employees. This document should be a jpeg image or pdf document

My document is more than 2MB, what should I do?

If your statement of account is more than 2MB, please use the available file compressor online to compress your file size (such as www.smallpdf.com , www.pdfcompressor.com, or any other compressor).

How do I check my file size before uploading it?

Right click on the file document on your computer and click on properties. The file size will be displayed.

The site is not opening, what should I do?

Kindly clear the cache of your browser and refresh the page again. Make sure your browser is up to date.

Why did I get the error message ‘Unable to Submit, please check your network’?

Kindly check your internet connection. You can try again with a stronger network connection or another network provider

Why did I get the message ‘You have already submitted once’?

It means you have already submitted your employee details in the database.

Why did I get the error message “Please check your BVN and/or account details”?

It means your BVN and/or account details are duplicates or not complete. Please check the details again.

Which document format should I upload?

The document should be a jpeg image or pdf document.
