Job Description
The Quality Systems Senior Analyst supports the department by preparing and updating Quality System documentation and analyzing internal quality performance metrics. Also, manages quality-related events.
Main Responsibilities
- Drafts and updates procedures, instructions, and specifications to maintain compliance with quality standards.
- Oversees quality system activities like calibration of measuring devices and product certification.
- Produces and analyzes quality performance indicators to recommend improvements.
- Supervises production processes to ensure product quality matches specifications and plans.
- Manages a team of coating line inspectors, ensuring reports are promptly communicated.
- Supports development and management of quality inspection and traceability records.

- Knowledge in anticorrosion, insulation coating standards, inspection, and best practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting abilities.
- Calibration and inspection tools management expertise.
- Understanding of general HSE standards.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
