Job Description
- Diagnose and maintain both wireless and Ethernet networks, delivering swift solutions.
- Install and administer application servers, laptops, PCs, and their operating systems.
- Resolve Microsoft Outlook and general user email issues.
- Oversee hardware and software installation, upgrades, and configuration.
- Evaluate system performance (laptops, desktops, servers, etc.) and recommend enhancements.
- Work with internal teams on project planning, administration, issue resolution, and procedures.
- Monitor and sustain computer systems and networks.
- Support ERP or other core business applications.

Qualifications

Maintenance Technician

- Carry out daily facility inspections to identify and address potential faults before failure.
