  • Assist in compiling and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
  • Enter data with precision and help evaluate financial records to spot patterns, errors, and areas needing attention.
  • Aid in shaping, tracking, and revising budgets and forecasting.
  • Support accounts handling by processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring payments are timely.
  • Provide documentation support for internal and external financial reviews.
  • Oversee expenditures to ensure they stay within set limits and find ways to cut costs.

Site SHE Officer

Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for driving Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) initiatives across the site to achieve high performance standards. Works closely with teams to plan SHE strategies that reduce harm and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze incident trends and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure safety standards are maintained at partner locations.
  • Share regular safety reports with management.
  • Support Unilever’s safety systems implementation.
  • Carry out risk assessments and implement solutions.
  • Coordinate H&S programs in line with legal and internal policies.
  • Oversee use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Conduct site audits, drills, and emergency exercises.
  • Handle data collection for SHE KPIs.
  • Offer first aid and emergency response as needed.
  • Maintain hygiene and safety on-site.

Interfaces:
Collaborates with SHE Managers, production teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:
