- Checks and inputs supplies into the warehouse inventory system.
- Ensures proper authorization for all goods entering the warehouse.
- Inspects all incoming goods to ensure that quantity, quality, price, and all the other specifications are adhered to.
- Prepares daily receiving report summary and reports variances immediately.
- Ensures goods are secured and prompt transfer.
- Ensures goods in the receiving area are secure at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any related field with 1 year experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and work to deadlines.
- Good skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
