Job Summary
The Production Pharmacist will oversee the pharmaceutical production process and ensure compliance with manufacturing regulations. The right candidate will have leadership capabilities, solid communication skills, and experience managing production teams.
Responsibilities
Production Oversight:
- Supervise 20–25 team members on the production floor
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards
- Monitor efficiency and product quality
- Coordinate with departments to achieve output goals
Compliance & Process Improvement:
- Resolve production challenges promptly
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines
- Keep accurate records of all manufacturing steps
- Suggest ways to improve production systems
Communication & Reporting:
- Foster positive working relationships
- Share progress and issues with the Production Manager
- Join regular meetings for improvement and decisions
Requirements
- B.Pharm degree is mandatory
- Experience in pharmaceutical production
- Team leadership for 20–25 employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Persistent with good problem-solving skills
