Control Room Officer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate daily Control Room functions with precision and integrity.
- Supervise CCTV feeds throughout your shift, notifying the Security Manager of suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to radio checks, logging all interactions and producing the daily Radio Report for the SM.
- Track staff on visit assignments and log incidents for reporting.
- Monitor movements of staff and vehicles via CCTV; report alarms to the on-duty officer and supervisors.
- Escalate any safety concerns to the Security Manager and initiate emergency call chains as needed.
- Stay updated on the security situation and assist RRV in route status updates.
- Manage incoming calls at the main switchboard and direct them courteously.
- Update and manage duty lists, contact directories, and inventory records weekly.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel records and generate daily activity reports.
- Ensure timely message delivery to key staff, especially during off-duty hours.
- Assist in staff clearance processes and liaise with police and supervisors.
- Log and distribute all mail efficiently and track unaddressed deliveries.
- Handle out-of-office hour situations and log Headquarters Cases accordingly.
- Any other assignments from the Security Manager.
Requirements
- Relevant academic qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience

Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
Cleaning
- Perform all types of cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.

- Manage and clean cleaning tools and supplies

- Report damages or facility issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies
Administrative Tasks
- Greet and attend to visitors and calls

Logistics
- Handle incoming/outgoing deliveries
- Assist with staff travel logistics
- Distribute correspondence and ensure proper documentation
Education and Qualifications
- Secondary school certificate
- 1+ year of similar experience
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Bonus if trained in secretarial or administrative functions
